Chili is one of the easiest things to cook on a Halloween night. These are 5 Great chili recipes that we have offered up through out the year.
Our favorite Chili recipe is the one called Dracula’s Bane. I created it few years back when we were having guests over for Halloween night. I have made it every Halloween since because Michelle and I sit out side scaring ToT’s and we want something to keep us warm. (ToT’s is short for Trick or Treaters :)). It’s a slow cooker meal, and as the writeup states it will freeze easy….if you have any left over.
Our most popular Chili to date is the Slow Cooker Shredded beef chili it is really a great rich tasting chili for these days when the temperature is starting to drop as fast as the Autumn leaves. Give it a try.
Next we have Michelle’s White Chicken Chili . This is one that Michelle had been wanting to make for a while. This is a made on the stove top chili that is full of flavors and hearty to boot.
4th in the lineup is Fire Roasted Tomato Chicken Chili. I like fire roasted tomatoes and wanted to try them in a chili. It worked very well. Go try it.
Last on my list is one that Michelle wanted to put together for this years fall holiday season. Pumpkin Chili is a vegetarian ( no meat) chili that is very satisfying as well as filling. And we got to use Little pumpkins to serve it in….Win Win.
So, If you are inclined to eat chili try them all, I know there will be more as the year goes on.
Happy Halloween!
Steve
