I don’t really believe in resolutions because I pretty much never keep them. But, I did make a printable goal sheet if you are interested. It is done by the month, but also has a spot for yearly goals. I much prefer the monthly goals. Breaking my goals down into chunks this way feels more doable, and there is a good chance my goals might change along the way. Just because it was a resolution in January doesn’t mean that I even still want to achieve it in July.
