For the fingers you will need to make shallow slices at points along the hot dogs that resemble the fold of your knuckles and make a slice that looks like a finger nail.
Boil the hot dogs. As they cook, the slices will open up and make a more realistic looking knuckle.
Wash the red bell pepper and slice it into pieces that are shaped like your finger nail and lay it on the end of the hot dog where you made the finger nail cut (you can remove some of the hot dog to accommodate the thickness of the bell pepper slice).
Toast the buns if you want too or use fresh from the package buns, place your "finger" into the bun with the red bell pepper nail and add ketchup and mustard in a gory fashion...YUM
Jack-o-Lantern cheese sandwiches.
Too make these you will take the 8 slices of bread and butter one side with the melted butter.
Place the buttered side down and place in the oven set at 400° Keep an eye on the slices and as they start to turn golden take them out.
Use 4 of the slices flip them over exposing the buttered side and place 2 slices of the processed cheese on them.
Take the remaining 4 Slices and, using a sharp knife, cut Jack o Lantern faces on them. Be creative but make sure you leave enough bread on them to hold the melted cheese in place. Place the buttered side of the "face onto the Cheese and return to the oven for about 6 to10 minutes, again watch the bread so that it does not burn.
Once the cheese is melted remove and serve.
