So, I am sharing with you some photos from another recipe from the Purely Pops cookbook. I don’t have permission to share this recipe online, but they were delicious and really pretty, so I wanted to at least share the photos with you. This time I chose to make the Plum Sorbetto Ice Pops. When I shared the recipe for the Mango Chile Pops, I pointed out that I am an affiliate for the Purely Pops cookbook, so if you buy one using the links on my page, I do get compensated for that. Honestly, I really do love this book and wouldn’t be an affiliate if I didn’t.
So, back to the pops. They are perfect for late summer when it is still really hot out, but you are craving the spicy flavors of fall. I used black plums, which gave the pops a beautiful purple color. And, I used a little less spice than the recipe called for, and they were perfect. I took a bite while taking the photos, and ended up finishing the whole thing before I was done with the photos. So, if you would like to try this or one of the other great recipes from the Purely Pops cookbook, you can buy one here.
