White Chocolate Banana Ghosts

  1. Peel bananas.
  2. Cut each banana in half and insert a popsicle stick into the cut end of the banana.
  3. Freeze on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper for two hours.
  4. Melt chocolate in the microwave at 30 second intervals on 50% power.
  5. Dip bananas in chocolate or spread it on with a knife.
  6. Before the chocolate hardens, attach two mini chocolate chips for eyes.
  7. Freeze until firm.
  8. Keep frozen until serving.
